Flowers and Moving

I love these flowers.  We don't do a lot of the whole flower giving thing (because they just die anyway) but I am so glad that when Tyler does he gets the good ones!  None of those boring red roses with babies breath and greenery, it's all about gerber daisies and  wildflowers.  ROAR, BABY!  (wink, wink)   Sure do love being married.  =)

The kids had fun helping Ty unload some of his stuff from his studio since he is done and moving out.  He walks on Friday and then it'll be official.  Hmmm... tears of joy all around.
Thanks to Ty's dad for coming up and helping ALL DAY, don't know how Ty would get along without ya.

Amazing 80's Party

Happy Birthday, Kaela Bug!  We went to an amazing 80's Birthday Party over the weekend, and I couldn't believe how much fun it was.  We kept waiting for the kids to show signs of being tired, but they didn't even begin to slow down until midnight.  Between a full dance floor downstairs complete with a great DJ , playing the Rock Band  game, great 80's food, and of course a trampoline we were all more than entertained.    The best part was we didn't have to go buy stuff to wear since it's all back in style.  Thanks for the great party, Glenn!  You can plan my kids parties anytime (one coming up here in July- hint, hint).

More from Disneyland

I promised my nieces Hailey & Gracie that I would post a pic of Tinkerbell at Disneyland, so here are a few more pics of the happiest place on earth.

This is the girls while waiting in line for the Indiana Jones ride... (pay no attention to poor Tricia's stain on her shirt)

And this is the guys.  Uncle Nick drove over early in the morning and took the shuttle to Disneyland with us, he was so much fun to hang out with.  Good memories for sure, thanks for going with us!  =)

Yea for Disneyland!

We had a fantastic time this past week!  It all started with my friend Jamie's wedding.  She looked absolutely amazing and had a fairytale wedding.  It was so fun to see everyone and get to hang out like the good old days - except perhaps just a bit racier...egh?  I love you all and feel so blessed to still be such great friends for almost 12 years.

Then we flew out to Disneyland for 5 days for Ty's graduation celebration and all that.  (Thank you to Grace and co. for feeding our lonely fish while we were gone.  =) )  It was so much fun, we can't wait to go back.  The kids were tall enough and daring enough to go on ALL the rides and it was great not to have a diaper bag or a stroller as we walked through.  Syd loved getting autographs of all the characters, especially the princesses.  Royce was picked to be trained in the Jedi ways during a Star Wars show and got a chance to duel with Darth Maul himself.

The weather was nice but our jackets sure came in handy.  The kids favorite ride was California Screaming, Royce's least favorite was Small World.  He said it is a baby ride.  I think it is more like a long boat ride full of dressed up Chucky dolls singing a creepy song over and over.

Thank you for going with us, Aunt Tricia!  Wouldn't have been the same without you  (I'd have been stuck in the princess lines, ya know?)  We told the kids that we could go back after I graduate.  Royce asked if he would still be a kid.  Yes, I do realize that a couple of years may be an eternity to a young one, but hang in there, Little Dude!  Your mother will graduate one day (or so I keep telling myself).
