We got Married, Once and Young

On June 17th, 2000 Shanell and I got married. We couldn't have guessed what we would go through for the next ten years. 2 kids, buying a house, selling a house, going through college, and all the while growing closer to each other. I tell people all the time that getting married was the greatest thing that ever happened to me, and as the years go by, that statement profoundly grows with truth.

And here we are 10 years later and as much wiser. Last Thursday we went to Elements to celebrate our tenth. We loved the place - the food, service, decor and location were great.

Good Start to the Summer

We have definitely been keeping busy.

We were so excited to be at my uncle's wedding reception.

I'm happy that my funny husband is "fortunate" enough to go.

I now have waders of my own and we can finally all go fishing together as a family! Now we just need Grandpa Buggy and Grandma Lucie to come up and go with us.

Crazy Hair Day Pics!

There is some serious competition for Crazy Hair Day at their school! The prize was unlimited snow cones and popcorn all day at field day- the pressure was on, the kids wanted to win so badly. What else can a mom do but bring it?
